By accessing and using AudiobookSoul ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any of these terms, please don't use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

What You Can Do:

• Read audiobook reviews
• Browse narrator and author profiles
• Search for audiobooks
• Use affiliate links to purchase audiobooks (see section 4)

What You Cannot Do:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Site
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Site
• Use the Site for any illegal purposes
• Impersonate AudiobookSoul or claim our content as your own

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Important: We earn money from affiliate links.

AudiobookSoul participates in the Amazon Associates Program and Audible Affiliate Program. When you click on links to Audible, Amazon, or other retailers and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

This does NOT influence our reviews. We call out bad audiobooks even when it means losing potential commissions. If we tell you an audiobook sucks, we're literally losing money by telling you not to buy it.

Our reviews are honest, independent, and based on our actual listening experience.

5. Review Policy

Our Reviews Are:

• Based on actually listening to the audiobook (we don't review books we haven't heard)
• Our honest opinions and subjective experiences
• Not sponsored or paid for by publishers, authors, or narrators
• Sometimes negative (we don't give everything 5 stars)

What We're NOT Responsible For:

• You disagreeing with our opinion
• Audiobook prices, availability, or changes after we publish the review
• Your Audible subscription, credits, or account issues
• Any disputes between you and Audible/Amazon/other retailers

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AudiobookSoul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• The Site will always be available or error-free
• All information is 100% accurate (though we try our best)
• You'll agree with our reviews
• Audiobook prices or availability won't change

7. Limitation of Liability

AudiobookSoul is not liable for:

• Purchases you make through affiliate links
• Any losses or damages from using (or not being able to use) the Site
• Third-party content, links, or services
• Any decisions you make based on our reviews

Use the Site and our reviews at your own risk. We're providing opinions, not guarantees.

8. User Comments and Submissions

If we add user comments in the future:

• You retain ownership of your comments
• You give us permission to display and moderate them
• We can remove comments that are spam, abusive, or off-topic
• You're responsible for what you post

9. Third-Party Links

We link to Audible, Amazon, and other sites. We're not responsible for:

• Their content, policies, or practices
• Your transactions with them
• Their prices, availability, or service

When you leave AudiobookSoul, you're subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.

Major changes will be noted on the Site or communicated to users if we have a way to reach you.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Site for any reason
• Remove or edit content at our discretion
• Close the Site temporarily or permanently

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with US law.
