Andrew Lang

Andrew Lang (1844–1912) was a Scottish writer, literary critic, and folklorist known for his extensive work in collecting folk and fairy tales. He was also a historian and anthropologist, publishing over 100 works including biographies and historical accounts. Lang was educated at prestigious institutions and was a fellow of Merton College, Oxford.
